Shipping Policy

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; please review any product-specific delivery information before ordering.

Shipping rates

Available shipping services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Our General shipping profile offers Standard shipping starting at $5, free Standard shipping on eligible orders of $70 or more, and $10 Express shipping where available. Supplier-specific products can have different rates, and the General profile’s free-shipping offer does not necessarily apply to those items.

Multiple shipments

Items fulfilled by different suppliers may arrive in separate packages. Shipping charges and delivery times can vary by product and fulfillment location.

Delays, missing or damaged packages

If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at ljharris3839@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. For damaged items, include photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and help with next steps.
